Who Created The 1PageInvestor?

I've been in the real estate space for over 30 years. I started as a debt buyer of private owner-financed mortgages back in the early 90s. I've worn the realtor suit and taken it off. I've worn the mortgage broker suit, which I still wear, and I'm also a guy who buys real estate. When you get the 1PageInvestor, you'll see that I have no attachment to property type. I will look at any deal in any town.

Over the years, I've written content for some of the big-name original gurus, spoken on stage, been a coach, and done in-person 1:1 training. The reason I came up with the 1PageInvestor is because, in the early days, I would often hear, "What now?" and "What do I do next?" I like systems and process flow, and as you'll see, the 1PageInvestor became the answer.

I'm a husband of 30+ years, a Papa Mike to 3 grandkids, and I love a good sunset. I thank God every day that my Can-Am has taken me to see some of the best.
