I've been in the real estate space for over 30 years. I started as a debt buyer of private owner-financed mortgages back in the early 90s. I've worn the realtor suit and taken it off. I've worn the mortgage broker suit, which I still wear, and I'm also a guy who buys real estate. When you get the 1PageInvestor, you'll see that I have no attachment to property type. I will look at any deal in any town.
Over the years, I've written content for some of the big-name original gurus, spoken on stage, been a coach, and done in-person 1:1 training.
